When you first enquire with us, we’ll start by having an informal, initial chat to get to know more about you or your loved one’s needs. This helps us to understand how we can best support you. After this, we’ll arrange a home visit to discuss your needs in more detail and explore what type of care professional would be the best match for you.

To support you in the best possible way, it's important for us to understand your requirements. We need to know what you are looking for, what your expectations are, and how we can meet your needs.

We take great care in selecting the right care professional for our service users. We usually assign the same care professional (or a small team of care professionals) to each service user to ensure continuity and build a strong relationship. Once we’ve selected the right support and brought them up to speed with your needs, we’ll introduce everyone in a relaxed setting. This provides the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and ensure that everyone is comfortable and happy with the arrangement.

We'll be there every step of the way to support you after the plan is implemented. We'll monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and provide the resources you need to succeed.
