FAQs

  • Our goal is to build a warm and lasting caregiving bond with your loved one. If your family ever feels like you want to request another caregiver for any reason, please don't hesitate to let us know! We will work closely with you to find the perfect match until you are completely satisfied. We understand that having a close and trustworthy relationship with a caregiver is key to making in-home care a positive and enjoyable experience.

If your loved one requires care for extended hours or multiple times a week, scheduling more than one caregiver may be necessary. We understand that having multiple caregivers can be tough, but our aim is to ensure your family's happiness and satisfaction. We will go above and beyond to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

  • It is mandatory for all our caregivers to be proficient in English. If they are not British nationals, we ensure that their qualifications meet the rigorous standards we have in the UK.

  • We follow all applicable GDPR and Data Protection guidelines related to privacy of personal and health care information. This starts once we have a formal service agreement, before a caregiver even comes to your family member's home. The written service agreement stipulates the exact restrictions on the use of your information, which clarifies that unauthorised individuals will not be given access to information without a client's or their legally authorised representative's formal consent.

Your information is never sold to a third party under any circumstances. In fact, only the office personnel and caregivers who are directly involved in your service will have access to information related to the care of your loved one.

  • Many of our customers receive support from their local authority through direct payments. To apply for this support, you can initiate a care needs assessment with your local council. After the assessment, your loved one's liquid assets (excluding their property) will be evaluated. In England, if their assets amount to less than £23,250, they will be eligible for government support.
